The food leaves hot. PRIMA owns the delivery, the guest relationship and the support.
Settlement is your choice: PRIMA prepays each order, or PRIMA runs a standing credit balance with you and reconciles on an agreed cycle. Either way the guest is charged before you start cooking, and you never chase a payment.
You decide which dishes are available for delivery and which are not. You decide the hours and the daily cap. Nothing is discounted, nothing is promoted against you, and no competitor pays to appear on your page, because there is no advertising inventory to sell.
