Ibiza deserves this
at a bare minimum.

PRIMA Ibiza is created by local people, for local people, and for the visitors who spend their summers here, so the island can use the same services every other major market already takes for granted. We live here, we would love to order from the best kitchens on a quiet night at home, and today that is simply not possible. Rather than wait for a global app to arrive and charge our own restaurants 30%, PRIMA is opening its technology to the island at no cost: no commission to the kitchen, no margin to us, one flat fee that goes to the driver.

Five minutes away.
Completely unreachable.

Hundreds of restaurants, a resident population of roughly 160,000 and millions of arrivals a season, and still no reliable way to have dinner delivered to a villa. What exists is patchy: a handful of towns, a short list of kitchens, and nothing at all once you leave the asphalt.

Reliable delivery

None

Village-limited coverage, no villa delivery.

The demand was never the problem. Nobody built the plumbing.

PRIMA already has
the hard part.

The expensive, slow, relationship-driven part of a delivery marketplace is getting good restaurants to say yes. PRIMA has spent years doing exactly that for reservations: the venues, the menus, the contacts in the kitchen, and members already booking those tables.

Delivery is not a new business we have to originate. It is one more thing the existing network can do.

The restaurant never
takes a payment.

The consumer pays inside PRIMA: 100% of the food total plus a flat delivery fee. PRIMA settles the food with the restaurant from prepaid funds or a standing credit line, so the kitchen treats a PRIMA order like a pickup that is already paid. The delivery fee is not revenue that passes through us; it is the driver's wage, transferred as soon as the delivery is complete.

There is no tipping anywhere in the platform. A flat fee the driver keeps entirely is clearer for the consumer and better for the driver than a low fee plus a hopeful tip.

Delivery is a feature
of membership.

Charging nothing removes every negotiation. There is no commission to argue about with a restaurant, no take rate for a consumer to resent, no incentive to squeeze a driver. What PRIMA gets instead is the thing that compounds: members who use PRIMA on the nights they stay home, restaurants that see PRIMA as a source of covers rather than a channel that taxes them, and a driver fleet on the island that can be pointed at other logistics later.

A platform that takes nothing from the transaction has no reason to distort it.
